The title says it all really. This weeks Sad Bastard Of the Week (or SBOW) is Alfred Vale of Newport in Gwent. He says: "A man was shaking and listening to tins of baked beans in the supermarket, so I asked him why. He said he was finding which tin had the most beans and the least sauce. So I tried it and it works! You can here the beans and can pick the best value tin!" Oh dear.
